Brad Jardis and Tommy Mozingo appear at Plymouth State University in New Hampshire on December 9, 2011. They had proposed in advance carrying rifles onto campus in accordance with NH law but in violation of university system rules. Following a court order demanding that the two not carry or face 'contempt' charges, the pair appeared on campus and met with supporters and opposition, and neither confirmed nor denied whether they were in possession of weapons.

  • Ron Paul will save our constitution and we will keep all of our rights including the second amendment the right to bare arms.

  • UFO in the background.

  • nice redbull product placement

  • great video!

  • No comment on this video but I will say the guy in the back flying tht helicopter thing looks like he is interested more in his helicopter than the big group of people.

  • Respect. It is nice to see someone who is both respectful and intelligible talk about these issues. On the other hand, it is disappointing to see that the school got a court order, ordering you to not do something in accordance to the law. Really?!?! Very sad. As a former student of PSU and a current service member, this whole situation saddens me.

  • @time4liberty1 Well I think you have shit-for-brains. And your shit-for-brains comments prove that, don't they? You clearly pointed out what? That the draft is not being used right now? I must have missed that. Can anyone produce a modern day draft card? Anyone? Anyone?

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit

I think you're being intentionally obtuse. The draft hasn't been used since vietnam, but people are forced to fund the military every day, and forced to register with the SS as well. As I clearly pointed out, while the draft is not currently being used, those aspects are still not voluntary. You can't deny these facts, but you can continue to rant and rave if you like ...

  • @time4liberty1 Sorry but you've made another mistake. It's called "righteous indignation"! You're pointing out to the world that you're misinformed? Bingo! You did that, didn't you? And the military still is VOLUNTARY, isn't it? Yup! Can anyone produce a modern day draft card? Anyone? Anyone?

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit

Why the anger, AAJK? I'm just pointing out that neither funding nor registration is voluntary -- and the registration requirement shows that the government is willing to use forced conscription again.

If the US military were a voluntary organization, it would not require registration with the SS, and it would derive funding from voluntary means. It doesn't, and isn't.
