This trophy is actually pretty easy...
As long as you know the correct path ( 2 rights, 2 lefts, then the rest right) && watch out for a few key sections (police car, the L2 & R2 spots) the rest can easily be passed by just wiggling the controller around constantly.

You HAVE to go right when the cop pulls up next to you, or you won't get the trophy, so that's the only point you would need to stop shaking the controller around wildly to not fail.

This can get you 2 trophies, one just for completing it (Good Driver) and one for doing it perfect && choosing the best path (Kamikaze).
