Bully, the card game

Bully is a fun and challenging card game involving concentration, skill, and luck. If you like games like Stratego, Risk, and Chess you'll love Bully! Cards are placed on a checkered grid and played against one another in bouts. Low cards are removed from the grid as challenges are made. High card may 'bully' your opponent's neighboring cards or can be relocated in attempt to defend your own cards or set a trap. The last player with playable cards on the grid wins. There's more strategy and surprises involved in this game than you may think!

I can understand why you might guess that to be the case but often times you will find someone that appears to have dominated the grid will end up loosing particularly if it is early in the game. Give it a try and see what happens. The fun thing is that no two games are alike and the tide can change back and fourth several times in a game particularly if you unveil your high cards initially.

what if red has one pile left in total and she flips the card theres a tie, but red can't flip anymore card cause she has only one ple. blue doesn thave a promblem though, what happens now?

Player wins when opponent has no remaining cards to play. So red loses!

@LOOT606 memorizing of the cards that have been exposed -- but WOW requies a lot more than even Stud Hi poker ... I can't imagine playing "Bully" with young children.
