1. he modified the car
2. he bought a dodge neon r/t with a 2.0L high output motor making 150hp and 133lbs of torque
3.he made a mistake

i have the same motor lol i have a spectra in take and an o5 srt4 middel section with the rear but i have a supper 40 series muffler on it and it sounds good
