Zero to Hero TV 5 minute Boot Camp Workout based on the Rodriguesize Systems principle of being 3D Dynamic exercises. The workout is designed to strategically, three-dimensionally, and sequentially improve balance, stability, and explosiveness! A full body workout in 5 minutes that can be done at home or at the gym, properly blending balance with motion to greater expand one's threshold to then allow better efficiency in any task, activity, or sport! The goal is 5 exercises in a row (no rest) less than 5 minutes total, adding a greater range of motion, weights, or upper body exercises to increase the intensity and keep the 10-12 rep range.
