Just a guess, but i think those scenes were from the original limited release and were eventually cut.

When I first heard about this movie I misinterpreted the title as "The Assassination of Jesse Jane"
I was like, "What? Someone made a movie about killing a porn star?"
I proceeded to feel like a fucking retard.
