To clarify: I don't believe (and did not mean to imply) that there would be violence - that's just my point. Whenever there is an intersection of two cultures, there is crossover both ways. You can live in New Mexico, watch Japanamation, and then have kabobs. No big deal. The trouble comes with a buncha knuckleheads come along saying - "the people not like us are coming! It's the end of the world!" The tone of this video is very doom and gloom - but it's BS.
I recently watched a documentary called Nazi Medicine that discussed the Eugenics movement in America in the early part of the last century. Along with racial hygiene (sterilizing the defective), there was also concern that people who where brown skinned were more prone to violence, anti-intellectualism, and crime. It turns out that the Nazi's modeled their idea on racial purity on American behaviors.
When differences between individual pairs of people are tested, Witherspoon et al. (2007) found that the answer to the question "How often is a pair of individuals from one population genetically more dissimilar than two individuals chosen from two different populations?" is not adequately addressed by multi locus clustering analyses. I think it's safe to say we are stuck on an undecided topic. Lets get back to my original comment does education (not IQ) have a role to play increasing wealth?
"[Lewontin's] conclusions are based on the old statistical fallacy of analysing data on the assumption that it contains no information beyond that revealed on a locus-by-locus analysis, and then drawing conclusions solely on the results of such an analysis. The 'taxonomic significance' of genetic data in fact often arises from correlations amongst the different loci"
You have made it perfectly clear that you believe conclusions can be drawn about limits to phenotypic variance between groups, based on comparisons of discrete between within-group and between-group genetic variances. Your belief is fallacious because it doesn't take into account genetic-correlations within groups -- which correlations have been empirically confirmed.
Just because you personally believe something, does not mean it is true.
Despite being the same species, Poodles have significantly less variation due to inbreeding by humans. The point you have missed is that IQ cannot be mostly inherited if it does not match up with genetic estimations of variability between populations. Why do you have the verging on racist film "demographic winter" as your homepage icon? Why do you have a problem with industrialised country population shrinkage when they are overpopulated indicated by above average global hectare use?
@checkyoursources "85% of genetic differences are within a population and only 8% between them."
Are the gene frequencies correlated within populations, or not? Have you read this?:

"It is not true, as Nature claimed, that "two random individuals from any one group are almost as different as any two random individuals from the entire world" [...] Such statements might only be true if all the characters studied were independent, which they are not."
@checkyoursources "85% of genetic differences are within a population and only 8% between them."
So it wouldn't matter ecologically if wolves were replaced with poodles?
"The UK population is growing by a rate of 0.7% every year."
0.279%. The CIA World Factbook also notes:
"Global fertility rates are in general decline and this trend is most pronounced in industrialized countries, especially Western Europe, where populations are projected to decline dramatically over the next 50 years."
UK and England are not the same! I would prefer to go with the UK's National statistics office rather than a CIA estimate."The Total Fertility Rate (TFR) in the UK reached 1.96 children per woman in 2008, the highest level since 1973" The UK population is growing by a rate of 0.7% every year. What do you have against migrants? Food and Energy prices are higher in the EU than in the US, Africa and Asia. 85% of genetic differences are within a population and only 8% between them.

@checkyoursources "the fertility rate in England/Wales is 1.97"
For the UK, the CIA World Factbook says:
"1.66 children born/woman (2009 est.)"
"Europe can only maintain half the number of people it does currently based on its resource use per capita"
Then why are resource-prices low in Europe?
"the first people to enter Europe were migrants."
They were racially different from the people migrating there now. Would it not matter ecologically if wolves worldwide were replaced with poodles?
