Martin Snedden (Chief Executive of Rugby World Cup 2011) cooks up a delicious Spinach pie for the Something I Prepared Earlier competition as part of the Visa Wellington On a Plate food festival in Wellington from 14 - 29 August 2010.

Something I Prepared Earlier Competition
Are you hungry for cooking show fame or just fancy a bit of a laugher? Then you'll love this competition.

Just create a 90 second video of your signature dish -- outlining the recipe and finished product - cooking show style, upload it to YouTube and you'll be in the draw to win an amazing lunch at Al Brown's Cooking School with five friends (worth $3000)an amazing lunch at Al Brown's Cooking School with five friends (worth $3000), a chance to show your cooking skills on the Good Morning show and of course become a YouTube sensation!

The dish must include and showcase a regional ingredient or culinary product in the recipe (even if it's just you drinking some Tuatara beer), or be inspired by Wellington in some way.

How to enter:

1. Upload your finished video onto YouTube. You will need to have an account on YouTube to do this (if you don't have an account don't worry as it's free to register http://www.youtube.com/create_account). Make sure you have 'Something I prepared earlier' in the title of the video and put it into the "Howto & Style" category.

2. After you've uploaded your video, fill out the competition entry form http://www.wellingtononaplate.com/something-i-prepared-ea...

3. You're all done! Once you've completed steps 1 and 2 you're in the running to win lunch at Al Brown's Cooking School with five friends.
