In the Lumbee Nation, we have white, African, Indigenous peoples all together in our ancestry and we love them all!( In my case, German, Lumbee,Mexican, Cherokee, Choctaw!)

EXCUSE ME...Native Americans have evolved like every other people they excell in every genre of music and have artists who create work that bridge the gap between their native heritage and what is going on in the USA and World on the music scene at large. I love it! Sing, sister, sing!

Thanks for the comment. For this particular tribe, none in LA, this tradition is mainly local although tribes from South & Central America oftentimes come as guests.

i miss it up there man...we live down here in florida now, we hope to make it up north this year for mohegan and schemitzun. Good vid nano. Powwow family god bless.
