Haiti suffers floods as Hurricane Ike hits Caribbean - 07 Sep 08

Hurricane Ike has barrelled into the Caribbean, packing winds of 215km an hour and is now roaring over the British territory of Turks and Caicos.

The Caribbean island of Haiti is likely to be spared a direct hit, after being pummeled by three storms in as many weeks.

But it looks certain to get another drenching, adding to widespread flooding, that is only now starting to recede.

2) When you say: America first, then realize that Haiti IS in America (yeah, not in the Middle East!) and that America is more than only the United States (yeah, you are only one of many countries even when you think you´re the center of the world)

3) Indeed. Castro and Chavez, although leading poorer nations than yours, are very solidary. Chavez already started a help campaign for Haiti. and I have seen no Venezuelan writing stupidities so far!

Well, maybe... seems that the internet is a madhouse and Youtube has become its main office. Sometimes it is really hard to believe, that someone who knows at least to write, can be so scaring ignorant. but as Einstein said: "two things are infinite: the universe and human ignorance... but for the universe I´m still uncertain".
