People who see this video know there is a need. even more now than before. but before you donate to 'God's Food Pantry" go to it and just look through the food stock. (notice the date on it) I bet most of what is given away there you would not eat yourself. and should you complain about spoiled food who do you complain to?

If people really fell like feeding starving families. buy the food yourself and give it to them. don't be misslead thinking it's 'God's food Pantry' BC It's NOT.

The facts are streight. I personaly have brought home food from God's food Pantry that had to be thrown away 2/3's of it. I even complaned to them directly. and even by e-mail... No reply from them in over 6 months. Why? b/c they are a none-profit org. and the name on the building is 'God's food Pantry" so they assume if you have a complant then you need to "take it up with God."

I cannot believe this is happening. Have the American people sold out to the point that we only stand with our arms folded. Before, we didn't know but now we do. What will it take before we are ready to react strongly enough.

Perhaps when the financial system crashes and many of us go hungry as these people are doing, we will learn the real cost of turning our face away from those who needed our help.

There's a lot we didn't know. I don't think we made it our business to find out.

Nicely done, folks--I'm a foodbanker too (Eastern Illinois Foodbank) & I spend a lot of time & effort trying to get people to understand that *hunger is real* and affects *working people.* I'm going to be passing this one on.
