Reggie the regulator Pena is another great Puerto Rican fighter, and also to the people talking about mexicans and puerto ricans realize that mexico and puerto rico only follow usa in world champions, usa is 1st mexico 2nd and puerto rico is 3rd,, but if go by size puerto rico has more champions per head count,, but either way, be proud of all u bitches!!!
