The corporatocracy that rules America will NEVER allow progressive third party candidates to be elected, much less serve a full term. Only a mass, revolutionary peoples movement, with support from large segments of the Armed Forces and National Guard, can institute real democracy, as opposed to the awful, bourgeois caricature of democracy that exists today. Such a movement is nowhere to be seen. Americans are becoming more, not less, ignorant. People actually refer to Obama as a "socialist."

There's some truth in the first half of your comment. Only a mass party of labor can offer a challenge to the two-part duopoly of capital. That said, I don't see Americans getting "more ignorant". If you remember what it was like after 9-11 and how intolerable the political conditions were, I think you'd agree that a lot of people have learned lessons. And as for illusions in Obama, Lenin was fond of saying that the best teacher is life experience itself.

Rosa, you are representative of largest demographic (slightly brown and darker) so in a democracy, should be in power. When women are in power war stops (NO Mother will send their child). By disenfranchising women war is prolonged and war mongers enriched. Thank you for your service. Cynthia is a real power for change. She's Ignorant???!!! No!! She's exactly what we need!! She's a real working class champ! Not a corporate puppet like ObaMcCain. If only the working class heard these views as much as Bourgeois media suffocates us with their puppet democrat/republican bullcrap. Also I would recommend any left thinker to check out Liberation Theology. I love it! It says...we love the movement for a better world, we rely on Marxist analysis...and we still believe in God.
