All those suggestions are bull.The problem in Isiolo and Marsabit are political and land related,though mostly land.Unfortunately no one,the politicians, gov, the so called NGOs want to admit it for self preservation purposes.Land in this region is under trust,is poorly demarcated and foreighners(read non residents) easily claim real estate rights hence the conflict.One only has to compare the ethnic composition of the area three decades ago and now, over land policy to get the picture
