I love my Hydro 2000, however it took 74 days to arrive. It was promised to me within 73 days, so I decided to return it. My Hydro 2000 arrived wet, so I dried it off and sent it back in hopes that they would send me a new one in 3 to 73 days. The new one they sent arrived in 2 days so I sent it to them again, but this time I included a sour letter. Finally they were able to get me my Hydro 2000 in 36 days and I was pleased.

@BYERW That is just silly, the Hydro 2000 is guaranteed to arrive within 3 to 73 days. Any error in this is purely the fault of your local post service. I recommend writing a sour letter to them if you wish to improve your results in the future.
