Far beyond the reach of cell phones and superhighways lays an idealistic Norman Rockwellesque town known as Perfect, U.S.A. This is its story...
The Town of "Perfect" (Walgreen's commercial) (2005)
This is a sample of potentially copy righted material. It is believed that the use of this short ad qualifies as fair use under the United States copyright law when used on the You Tube. Thanking you.

  • I'm not sure I have the one with the Flying Pigs..

  • im not sure i understand. is this an actual commercial and did you work on it?

  • Yes and no.

There's about six seperate ads in there. Just mucking around, editing them together for fun, nothing big...

  • @stargazer1967 Oh thank God hes still alive i loved his voice on these commercials but i am so sad that he is no longer doing these commercials anymore thank you for taking the time to write me that was very sweet of you.... ~ veronca~

  • @72lovelight72 Oh, he's still around - you can catch him on NCIS a couple of times every season. It's Joe Spano, who plays FBI Agent Fornell. (I was surprised as well, would probably never have guessed it had someone not posted it to IMDB. I recognize it now that I hear these again after knowing that, but like the person on IMDB posted, I also had initially assumed it was a regular voiceover/audiobook actor like Jim Dale).

  • @Brokensteel1228 If this were a trailer for a psychological, uneasy feeling movie, I agree. But I want to feel comfortable and happy from a drugstore commercial. I don't want to feel like there's an emptiness creeping up on me and trying to consume my soul.

  • Thanks for posting. These were the creepiest Walgreens commercials. I'm so glad they finally changed their campaign to something somewhat normal.

  • Oh goodness, I remember this... Why Walgreens didn't retain their company image is beyond me.

  • Does anyone know what ever happened to the guy who talks in this cpmmercial? i never hear his voice in the walgreen commercial... i miss it alot... what was his name?

  • I love how 'perfect' in these commercials is not a stiff, uptight, monotonous kind of perfect. Instead it's of the much more appealing mystical and magical variety.
