don't know the details, but I'm guessing its not specific, just the govt. screwing a business because its got the power to do it. I don't think Mass is right to work, but the boss sounds pretty smart he should be able to get a lawyer to advise him.I don't think we're talking big numbers of employees, so there's hope.

There is a movement with employers terming people for political views.. It started with the big ones winning the court cases but now I seen employers with 10 employees do it...
I will say this.. its always good to know the labor code and how it works. Most states have "At will" but that normally means they can not give a reason because at that point your being termed.. its not out of the norm for a employer to term someone wrong :|
