This is full emulator with all settings not only BIOS but the emulator itself so you need to unzip it.

All you have to do is extract it. And put your roms/games inside the neogeo/cps1/cps2 any one of those folder, make sure you not throwing the roms just on roms folder. Now open the "K" icon inside the winkawaks folder when on load screen press scan for new... every time if you put a new game, and you will see the game with screenshot on right side, so the games can be detected easily. Screenshot of games also can be viewed by pressing all which even not on hard drive. And double click on the game from list and it should start (only if you got it). Press F3 to put coins and F1 for start (depends on which Player position you are P1 for example) and "W" "A" "S" "D" for up down and left right "F" "G" "H" "T" "Y" "U"(CPS needs all six) for buttons.
You can also customize the buttons, for doing this first load the game which need to be redefine and when the games starts go to game tab on file menu and drop down to redefine keys then redefine keys P 1 2 3 or 4 and press OK after configuration. You need to restart emulator for save the settings so first pause by pressing enter while games running then close it. And done....

The ROMs which not start, try to get mame ROMs. As an example some metal slug ROMs appears 30MB and same game which exceed over 70MB. So prepare the big ones.

And if you want to play the plus or magic plus versions of KOF, definitely make sure you got the original game along side with new zip file, so there will be three zips you need

1) The neogeo bios.
2) The KOF normal game (ex: kof 2002)
3) And the zip file plus or magic plus (this file is very small in size compare to game)
