what about the book of Job? Where God allowed satan to do everything to Job. God allows disaster, sickness, murder, and sin. God has a divine plan to take care of everything that is wrong and bad and unjustice. For His greater glory God allows this stuff too happen, so greater things came come! Our brains cannot fathom the big picture, and I'm glad it can't because then I would be able to imagine God fully which would make him no God at all.

@CBALLEN This man and those who believe him,are teaching false doctrine, even in the face of God Himself who says it is HE ALONE who brings all disaster on men Amos 3:6Is a trumpet blown in a city, and the people are not afraid? Does disaster come to a city, unless the LORD has done it? 2Peter 3:9 is speaking of His elect coming to Jesus before Jesus comes to destroy the world.God had 2 groups before time, one He saves and the other He passes over.God knows all things, even the goats before time.

@AmericanWayne Provs.21:1The king’s heart is a stream of water in the hand of the LORD; he turns it wherever he will.
This pertains to all kings, rulers, emperors, presidents, dictators ect. prov 16:9 God determines every step of every man.God has numbered all mens days Ps 139:16Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them..
This guy is just another false teacher.

@winlightministries Excellent point, I agree with every word in this comment. Please keep it up.

@fivepointbaptist: He lovingly wiped them from the face of the earth. :-D

@fivepointbaptist: Partial pregnancy? LOL. Seriously though, where is the comfort in Wommack's words? He's advocating purposelss evil. How does that work? God's up in heaven and when bad things happen He goes "oopsy."

@AmericanWayne you misunderstand the point. i'm not partial to any particular theology. i don't need to be to know that his version is no more valid than any other theological version, in particular the one he is trying to refute. all doctrines can cite scripture for their purpose.

If God is in control of "all" things then we cannot say there is a single thing that God does not control. This includes the fact that I am publicly stating that God does NOT control everything. In addition, the events that took place in the OT were based on the complete lack of a savor unlike what we have today with Christ. Wayne has it right and that is all there is to it. Plus, if God was in control, we would have Heaven on earth.
sorry it took me a while to get round to seeing this Wayne. this guy basically just spent 11 minutes repeating the same thing over and over, and backed it up with 2 completely out of context lines of verse. (i too could quote out of context verses to refute his claims, but tit-for-tat gets nowhere)
anyway, this does not answer the questions you seemed to think it answers.

@gothatfunk I find it curious that you are partial to a particular Christian theology when you are an atheist. Isn't the entire Bible B.S. anyway, to you? It would be like if I thought the Sunnis version of Islam were correct and not the Shiite Muslims. I think it's all wrong so siding would be pointless. But since you do, tell me, what is the correct context of the verses he uses?

Guys listen to me for a second. G-d is all powerful but doesn’t control all things that happen. Think if it this way. You are a parent. You see that your child is playing around a shelf and you know that a paint can is going to fall off and hit them. So, you tell them. But they continue and the paint can falls off the shelf and hits the child. Who’s fault was it; Yours or the childs? It was the childs because the child didn’t listen to your warning. So it is with G-d.
