u do it differently than we do at school... where's this at btw? I really need a good vid showing gram staining but we dont do it like this. sht anyways I fuckin hate gram staining, it's the worst thing ever next to the micro subject itself :/
@datzfast strange... But I'm getting a good solid B in Microbiology and Human Anatomy. I just identified "unknowns" quite well I might add..using your "old fashioned" aseptic technique. If one is careful, there is no worry of a break in glass. Now if your talking about MSA or pour plates, the I fully agree, but for cultures, slants (Kliger's, TSI, and the like) I'd have to say, I'll stick with glass....you may want to check your grammar and spelling. I got an A in college for that too.
@i don't know 1215 no one uses glass , it has been replaces with plastic for insurance purposes. your so called education at university isnt the real world environment to get experience
