@JackDeSimone Where else are we supposed to get our calories from?

there is no recipe listed, you click on the link, and it makes you put in your email if you want it.....fail.

@RawFoodSwitch I served it chilled in the freezer and found the colder it was, the even better it was for me!

I mean nice video ! actually it doesnt do You justice, such a beautiful girl (who plus eats raw) have to make vids with better quality and sound (use separate mic, coz at some moments I can barely hear You.) but anyways , nice recipe and Thanks a lot for showing us how-to make it.
do you have any suggestions for someone who hates the taste of coconut?

If you want to make this "set" and not be too mushy, you could also use some psyllium husk to "bulk it up" a bit. :)

can you put it in the oven as well?

I'm sure you could, but I can't guarantee how it would come out. And the point of making a raw pumpkin pie is that you don't need to cook it, and it preserves all the nutrition! :)
If you wanted to slightly warm it up, you certainly could, like in a dehydrator. Though I actually recommend you serve this one slightly chilled, like a cheesecake. :)
