  • Lol dude I think you're taking it a little too seriously. I upgraded from a vista pc to this black MacBook which at the time was about 2 years old but out preformed my PC in every way. They both were on the market around the same time but this Mac had 2gigs of ram and I think a 2.0 ghz core 2 duo, where the vista laptop I had was only 1.6ghz intel celeron with only 512mb of ram (which blew me away when I first got it cuz that's really not a lot of memory)

  • Only two people called me out on it...and I was just playing the devils advocate. I mean I do enjoy Mac over PC just because I just got sick of Windows, and I started going to an art school which required a Mac. But why does it matter?

  • Playing a lot of video has little to do with the mac and OSX. It has to do with the specs of your computer.

  • try loading multiple sessions of WMP playing different movies simultaneously, tell me if your system doesnt lock up. if not the system, then the program itself most definitely will "stop responding." And your PC doesn't have expose or spaces, nor would it play every video without choking

  • @osiris010 it doesn't matter whether you use mac or pc, however lying about the mac to make windows look bad is where I have a problem. They both work fine if you know how to manage them. Most people think mac is godly because they upgraded from a 5-10 year old low spec machine.

  • @osiris010 Why did you say no frames are being dropped when everyone clearly has pointed that out for you.

  • @ASCII808 I understand how computers work, I'm not dumb. I am showing off Expose and Spaces and one of the (in my opinion) coolest Mac hacks dubbed the "Smackbook." This video was made for the sole purpose of satirizing a similar video, called "can your Mac do this?" or something like that. This video is a joke, I wanted to get people's reactions. In conclusion you sir, are stupid, for misinterpreting my message. But that was sorta my point, so I can't really blame you for it

  • @osiris010 No, I can see the videos playing dropping frames regardless of camera recording the video. Both mac osx and Windows will lag when playing lots of videos as seen in your video. The frame dropping mostly has to do with the specs of your computer, the more powerful your cpu, hard drive, and gpu the less likely it will lag. Faster ram helps depending on the video player. This video is stupid because the differences in performance between the os's are negligible.

  • @ASCII808 dropped frames would have to do with my inferior camera, not my computer

  • I'm going Mac. I was at the Apple store today drooling over their computers. I'm tired of the (PC) Piece of Crap I have today.
