Lets get things straight: 1. He is clearly a man with low or high degree of mental illness.2. It does not matter if he is limbu bahun rai gurung. He has some problems.
lets take this thing as an exceptional case and not bring jat pat ko kura that is shameful. To defend the uploader, I think he mentioned his cast because he did not know anything else about this person so mentioning his cast was adding information to the video. so everybody just chill !!!
