@MerlynSchutterle I own a Dy-84 Yairi it is a great guitar. I also have a HD-28 and a HD-16R LSH. My Yairi has a great sound and very easy picking,but I'll still choose my Martins. I like the HD-16R LSH the most. You can't find a better picking sounding guitar. The HD-16R LSH is very loud well balance, and hard driving bass. This guitar is clear as a bell.

man your cross pickin is as clean as clarence white and as punchy as blake's. Very impressive. Also true master of the turnaround pulloff!

Nice job! I play a couple Yairi guitars myself, but they K Yairi's. Have a DY54 and a DY90. I got the 54 strung up right and It will take on any Martin.
It is just imposible to tell what a guitar sounds like on You Tube.
