You can have blue and red in any state its just that you cant have them flashing.I bought the advanced wireless 3 million LEDGLOW kit and where I live cops lights are all blue and a state trooper was right behind me and I had blue flashing and he didn't pull me over so really it depends on how strict your local law enforcement is! ANY ?'S ABOUT MY KIT JUST ASK.

Technically yes that would be fine. As long as the lights are not flashing and you can't see the bulbs. But just look Google the laws about lights for your state.

The only colors that are illegal are blue and red. That's considered white.

Thank you to all! It's the Roush front bumper, Saleen replica rims, Cervini's 4" cowl hood and Cervini's side scoops. The color is Sonic Blue. One of 9032 that color, that year. (minus 1 cause I wrecked one just like it...)
