Woody and a big crew went out to do the Grand Canyon in January. Everybody paddled the Remix XP 9 OR 10 and carried all their gear. Thats right 12 day Canyon trip with everything you need and a little more packed in the Remix XP. Thanks to http://kayakcamping.amongstit.com/ for putting this together.

  • The trip was in the middle of January. The 5th to the 17th i believe.

The XP is a fantastic boat. Its comfy in any type of water and stable, and surprisingly easy to learn how to roll.

  • Good video!

Im really considering buying an xp10 do you recommend it?

how long was your float and what time of year was it and where did you put in and take out?

  • @YodaPala You will love the XP. They were in the Canyon for 2 weeks. They put in at the normal put in and took out at Diamond i believe.

  • @Silverbullet89 THe XP 10 will be great for you. Yes the only difference is the length and width. Go with the 10 more stability, speed, storage, and style. XP 10 is the one for you.

  • got the xp10 last spring, amazing this kayak !! love it.

  • Just picked up an xp10 today, had it out in the Atlantic for a quick paddle, going to the beach tomorrow to see how she surfs. It is really comfortable.

    What song is that?

  • @broncobilly25 THANK YOU for this review. i practiced on a mamba as well lol. but now i got the xp9 for the same reason as you

  • @YodaPala My girlfriend and I bought the XP9's...great boats! I took a beginning Kayak class and used a Dagger Momba, I feel the XP is much more stable and easier to row. We are new to the sport but after 10 minutes of instructions I am able to do a C to C almost every time I try. Bigger boat but easy to roll...get one! Great for fishing on the lakes too!

  • I love this Video, love song, by the way anybody know the title of that song ? I went there 3 times treking, amazing place Grand Canyon...:o)

    Great Video....
