Good luck finding a nice large, smooth landing strip on the incredibly rocky, dusty surface of Mars. Good luck producing enough lift in the *atmosphere 1% the thickness of Earth's* to support the weight of the mission payload plus the added weight of wings.

Good luck fitting wings into a design that must fit inside the atmospheric entry module, which can only be as wide as the head shield. Leave planetary science, space exploration and aerodynamics to trained engineers and scientists.
