@mbarbarelli Yes it sounds and he tries to link temporally his participation in BFL with his leaving of jail which ocurred several years ago.

Hold on a minute. Yes, his transformation was dramatic. But he WAS in good shape when he started. Clearly. For him to say he was "embarrassed" by it seems a bit odd.
