These Italian 120cm version seams to be a very good compromise between scaling down correctness and the postulation of acceptable sailing abilities.
In comparision to that deformedly light wind monster of one metre length called ETNZ (Thunder Tiger)is your ship a real cupper.
It appears to me that 120cm could be the absolute minimum of hull length to get satisfying results of a (semiscale) IACC.
