UberFridge is a feature packed open source fermentation temperature controller, but you can also use the JavaScript to Arduino framework to quickly set up a WiFi web interface for your robot, moodligt, etc. Check www.elcojacobs.com/uberfridge for articles on filtering sensor noise, temperature control, the OLED display library and communicating between Python, Arduino, PHP and JavaScript.

Good work, puts mine to shame. one thing i did different is to use 2 optocoupers and 2 triacs for switching the AC though. "hope your relays last" :)
