Il Palio di Siena - Kent State University

Professor Gus Medicus' summer abroad program is winding down but we were lucky enough to experience one of the greatest events that has been run since the middle of the 13th century....il PALIO! Siena's famous horse race around the edge of Piazza del Campo, it was truly spectacular and something that I will never forget.
