THAT IT IS THEIR RIGHT TO CHOOSE AND THAT YOU WILL BE IMPRISONED AND POSSIBLY EXECUTED IF YOU DO ANYTHING TO TRY AND CHANGE THEIR RIGHTS




THEN THE WHOLE FUCKING SYSTEM WOULD COLLAPSE WITH EVERYONE ACROSS AMERICA EITHER DEMANDING THE RETURN OF ILLEGALITY TO CHILD KILLING

DEMANDING THAT BOTH PARENTS SIGN THE DEATH WARRANT AND DECIDE UPON THE ABORTION AND THAT NO PARENT SHOULD BE DEPRIVED OF THEIR RIGHT TO PROTECT THEIR CHILD BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY.


AND THAT IS WHY THE ABORTIONISTS AND PROCHOICERS DEMAND INEQUALITY BC THEY KNOW THAT WITHOUT IT THEY WOULD LOOSE THEIR JOBS AND MORE.

It's not really about the who owns the baby, it' about who owns the woman's body. That would be herself and herself only.

That would be herself. If men could get pregnant, I'd support their right to abort. As that's not the case, I cannot approve of a man being able to force a woman to either have an abortion nor to force her to give birth.

However, if a man doesn't want the baby I think he should be able to sever financial responsibility at the cost of custody and visitation rights.

The father doesn't have to endure pregancy so the mother being the patient having bodily rights is not the same thing as equality in parental status. Paternal rights and reproductive rights are not identical. The father having equal parental rights once the child is born is not the same thing as him having equal bodily rights when it's not his body.

----This is a long complex story. For the moment just let me say I don't believe child custody should be determined by anyone's gender. But I am not saying 50/50 either.

---I belive child custody should reflect the roles that existed within the marriage. If a man worked, the women was a house wife/ mother then I think she should get the child. The same should work in reverse. For a marriage with more shared duties joint custody sounds pretty good.

Welfare may have damaged the black family (I don't know because I'm not black) But family court bias in awarding women custody of children like 90% of the time would have been far more damaging in my opinion.
