why does she feed her a fast food fish sandwich? not exactly good food either lol

When Nellie walks to sit next to Kathleen on the grass it shows she still has love for humans after what she's been through. Kathleen is an actual hero for having so much compassion for these animals.

I hope that she never put that dog in a cage ever again.
Not even a carrier.

you say never buy a puppy from a pet store but if no one buys them where are they gonna go. it is my dream to travel the world and save animals i would do ANYTHING to save them im not doing to good in school but if they tell me that i could rescue animals then i would get like 100% on everything

I do volunteer at a dog shelter. We sometimes get in designer dogs. All I can think of is the conditions their parents are in on those puppy mills.
God, I'm like seriously bawling my head off right now. Where can you go to buy a puppy thats not from a mill and you know the company, etc. is trustworthy????

You have a number of options. There is nothing wrong with purchasing from a breeder, as long as you make certain they are doing it responsibly. Ideally you should be able to visit them locally and see how the dogs are cared for.
The best choice is your local shelter, they will often have litters available. If you want a specific breed, there are breed rescues for every type out there.
Petfinder is a great place to start looking. We've had good success placing rescues through their site.
