LOL, even a noob know how to do that, but my mic is still very low fter this, i had my mic on the highest all time so that doesnt work. I actually need help to improve my voice in ventrilo, and even when my friends chose the outbound to the highest, they are just hearing a tractor voice, even if i doesnt speak.

Yeah well that probably means your microphone is broken or it is old. Something else it may be is the setup of the Ventrilo server itself. The Codec and corresponding Format thereof will be the determining factors to the "tractor" voice you describe in your comment.
