Definitely the hardest final boss in Megaman ever!

Great job!!
I honestly could never beat this final boss without going through most of the energy tanks.
By far the hardest Boss in the Mega man series!!

It's beyond me how you can take him down without even getting hit once :O!

Every last sound effect in this game annoys me.

How many tries did this take you to defeat Dr. Wily without getting hit with just the M-Buster?
-
@Roxas258 Wait let me explain to you. The guy playing makes it LOOK easy. but its NOT. try it.
Confirmed by the author of this video -- it was created using an emulator, not recorded directly from console. That is, it was made by playing the game one frame at a time. You can even see him using rapidfire.
There are players who have actually done this on console. See 247BigDog's MM7 walkthrough finale for a demonstration of a damage-free Wily fight that was actually played instead of "created" with an emulator. IJS.

@danw330 I did not play it one frame at a time, but yes I did employ the use of a rapid-fire button. (There are rapid fire controllers for the SNES, so I figured it was fair game.)

Well, considering the credits (If you watched) is the animated walking sequence, the SNES one.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
As much as I loved the NES Mega Man games, this one, in my opinion, sucked. Play control wasn't as sharp, more of a kiddy theme, and the soundtrack is forgettable. At least with Mega Man 9 we're going back to the good ol' NES days!

You should look at Megaman Megaman / Powered Up! If you want to see 'kiddy looking.'
