Felix have way too many alcohol to drink at the Whoope Party that cause him to hallucinated to see aliens and monsters, even seeing a lamp post turned into a dragon.

All goes to show that cartoons, as with amusement parks, were originally created for an adult audience in mind, not kids. This is why this would never make the Sat a time slot in the USA!
