In PART2 I meant to say "mining MINERALS, and retrieving OIL can poison the water supply." I also meant to say that "China is going to ADVANCE their society through the suffering of Africans, just like the Europeans have". They call oil "black gold" but the truth is black bodies are "black gold", because the suffering of Africans literaly "fuels" the formation of other nations as world powers.

The UN isn't aggressive enough b/c the world won't let it be. I'd love to see the UN have an Army. I kept in close contact with the staff when Annan was President. They were professional and I actually had a meeting set up to address an issue in Brazil. When they switched hands my meeting was cancelled. I have emailed multiple times and called and with the new staff got no reply, so I quit after about a year of trying.

PART2-Of course Africa is a continent and every government will have to agree. This wil never happen. Look at Mugabe, China helped him build a 22 million dollar home in Zimbabwe while his people are starving and a 6 million dollar house in Hong Kong, just in case there's a coup and he needs a place to retire to, like all ousted African dictators. If China is throwing that kind of money around they can COMPLETELY undermine any chances of African independence. See PART3 sentence 4 below.

The only way Africa is ever going to be free is if they kick all foreign interests out, cut off their supply of minerals and then DEMAND a seat at the table as a world power. Look at the Arabs and how they make other countries dance to their tune based on their control of their oil. At first this process will be devastating to Africa, many will die, but she will be stronger for it. As it is, Africa is a welfare mother that lets her boyfriends abuse her children so she can survive.
