Video Editors Note: The I AM practice (if it can be called a practice) is often mentioned by Mooji: "all your troubles will melt away" (Mooji). This has also been referred to as the practice carried out by Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj as being related to the realization of his true nature. Sri Ramana Maharshi also pointed to this practice, saying that the I removes the I and remains the I. ~ ~ http://www.mooji.org (official website);

  • @joseyl100 Yes she can find peace. A friend whose cancer had infected most major organs had wonderful peace in her knowledge of her true being. Her family was suffering but she was radiant and joyful to the end. I was sitting on the side of her bed a few hours before she left the body and my wife came to the window looking for me. She quietly called my name and asked "Are you there?" Our friend said with a laugh in her weak voice, "He's in bed with me." Peace is always possible.

  • I also wonder why there is not much feedback from the participants? They made such effort to be there yet they sit and really dont say what they are feeling. The listening is important but he has no insight as to what they are feeling. He is not a mind/heart reader. Is it ego? The risk of sounding confused? Like yoga he should encourage that left behind. Speaking for myself.

  • I am facinated by these videos "however" He's saying that suffering is only a thought. You watch someone for emample, fighting a losing battle with MS, she is suffering mind, body and spirit This illness like many others is degenerative, you don't get well. He's saying she can find peace? I wish that would come true for her and her family.

  • amazing!!!

  • Pure truth! :) Thank you master for turning my attention back inwards! :) Om.

  • this is the message of the New Testament. "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." I agree this is the MOST IMPORTANT message.
