  • But I do still indulge once in a great while. Doing that doesn't make us overweight. It is repetition of bad choices over a long period of time that got me totally out of control. So cheers to moderation. I used to hate that word--because it translated to restriction. But now I kind of like it cause it means I am more in control about eating whatever it is I want--but with less guilt. (if that makes sense) Love you and you are doing so well. I am so happy for you :)

  • What keeps me in check is looking at the calories and then figuring how long on the bike or treadmill, etc. it will take to burn it off. OOOOOHHHH man does that discourage a lot of unnecessary grazing of crap. LOL!!! Also the look on my trainer's face if he were to walk in on me eating something really bad scares me a little. LOL!

  • Whooo-hoo!!! Hit the 30 lbs mark! You rock girl!! I understand your fear about food in the future. But have faith that it will be ok- you ARE changing, inside and out. We can do this!!! BTW, my stepdad has dumped several times on avacado. So you never know...(LOL- love you waving your baby spoon around!! so cute) Oh and BTW, your cheekbones are tarting to come out and play more beutiful!

  • I completely understand what you are talking about.... I am so scared of stretching my pouch, not having that control... its very scary... but we have to use our tools and learn how to exercise moderation... good luck
