CCHRO - concilliation terms landlord would not agree to - no accommodation of disability

A week later, CHRO stated landlord would only agree to shovel IF I was willing to provide landlord with a weekly list of my doctors' appointments for landlord to okay for me to go to or not.

When I told CHRO I thought my doctors should determine my medical treatment and care, she said I was being "difficult."

She stated that because I live in a project, my landlord has the right to determine the type and amount of medical treatment that is medically necessary for me to receive.

Therefore, it would be in my best interest to have landlord determine when and if I could go to the doctor, because then at least I could go sometimes and landlord would agree to provide a clear walkway and not tow my car, when I took medical transportation to only those appointments landlord okayed for me to go to. "I am trying to protect you," she said.

Ms. Romann stated that these were landlord's terms as landlord's lawyer had just a few minutes ago laid out to her.

When I received the draft of CHRO's Final Report and called CHRO, I asked investigator Cira L. Romann, if landlord tows my car while I am at the doctor's "what can I do?", she answered, "I don't know."

The Final Report says my disabilities are not real, that vertigo is not debilitating, it was my choice not to drive myself up Westside Hill to the Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist against medical advice and with a raging ear infection about to rupture, and it's my own fault I am now more hearing impaired.
