Ya know, those of us who can eat whatever and however we want probably take little things like chewing and swallowing for granted. We don't have to think about it. We just do it. It has got to be hard for those who have to.

I tried to respond to this comment b4 and it would not stick for some reason...Grrr So I wanted to try again. I don't think it's hard ..I kinda appreciate the reminder to slow down actually...not so much the pain of it all tho..lol
