@Blahdabbadoo Foreign Extra is also not necessary to pour, but if you prefer to pour beers, then go ahead. Nobody's gonna stop you.

@Blahdabbadoo Foreign Extra is not the same as Extra Stout. Extra Stout was originally called Guinness Original, because the recipe and etc. had not changed from way back when. You don't have to pour the "original" because it doesn't have the surger in it like the can does. You HAVE to pour the can, and with the bottled Guinness Draught, you just drink it out the bottle, pouring it is very unnecessary. And he poured the Extra Stout in his video wrong, which caused him to use the hand blender.

@Over9000Gingers Woh woh woh... I've got two bottles. Each type were on offer for one quid each. One says foreign extra (and is a smaller bottle), the other is a larger bottle, called original Guinness.
In this video, it actually looks like he over blended it, for a Surger effect which looked like was forming a nice head of cream.
So of the two bottles I have. You'd recommend I just drink the foreign extra from the bottle, and the other regular Guinness bottle to just pour? Not a big G fan.

why?

The nice thing about Extra Stout is that you don't have to pour it... And you poured it wrong.

the description should be: "DO NOT put a head on your Guinness beer with a hand blender. "
