@knarigirl so what if you don't have a insurance company at all, how can U sign up with a particular insurance company that will cover the surgery? Or is there any foundations or grants that we can apply for that will help us out any??? I've been wanting the SRS for years now and being that I only have medicare plan A & B, they don't cover the surgery at all...

in 2014 the pre existing conditions will be included as well as Tg Issues, but that ts another 4 years away, i will not wait that long....

I agree with you, Tranny is offensive. And alot of people use Tranny for even Cross-dressers and I told them. Tranny is short for transsexual not Transgender. Another word is Transy! SO SO SO RUDE. Some people Will always be ignorant and There is nothing we can do about it. But I do not surround myself with those people. I also agree that Because alot of people are closeted, We have a big issue! Kisses and hugs sister

I agree with you on the word "Tranny" and it's usage. I find it rather offensive when people use it in conversation. People think nothing of using that word and when you say something about it YOU become belittled because of it.
