@Texarmageddon And this is incredibly fast? Also, they sold over 5,000 units last year. But that's because the interest in the MX-5 is going down because the car is in dire need of a redesign.

I like this car, and subaru- however I think this car should have straight 6 slapped in it and called the "new toyota supra" since it looks like a perfect supra.

@porsche558 But in the new Impreza they focused more on handling and the car is really lightweight making the 0-60 faster than the previous impreza

@porsche558 The engine in the BRZ is slung low behind the front axle. Adding in an AWD system would move everything around in the front half of the car. It's my understanding that the GT-R and Veyron were designed to be AWD from the get-go, as are most modern Lamborghinis. That said, the opinion about ruining the car was relayed from my source - who was privy to engineering aspects of the car.

@Spidaaaa a 6 speed in the WRX would be awesome.....but who knows if Subaru will do that. I would have liked to see the non turbo charged 2012 Impreza's have more than a pathetic 148hp.
