  • I think if someone jumps onto an unstable platform and keeps their balance, or balances one-legged on a swiss ball, they've graduated from their balance training. :)

  • @lynoure Hi. I understand your point. Prety much the same classes of movement you show, except that for certain sports I would use a unstable plataform, swiss ball or TRX. Regards
