...WAS an Adama (remember Leobens words in season 1 also). I think Zarek is too far fetched a choice to be a Cylon as is our lawyer friend, although Zak Adama is turning out to be the internets fan-favourite. I suppose what these three paragraphs say is, I have no idea who it is, but we know who it's not.
...so you can't have one being a Cylon without the other, plus it'd be far too anticlimactic especially after all the "is he, isn't he" surrounding Balthar. Roslin is the most likely of the "main" handful of characters, could be guessed that she was made defunct (if a cylon) and the cylon blood temporarily healing her would fit that mould. So with that said we're left with Roslin, and then Gaeda (we all saw the "look" to Boomer in season 1), Dualla...
I agree there's merit in the Ellen Tigh theory but from what we can ascertain about the final five is that they are non-replicable given that there aren't any resurrection ships for them nearby (as far as we know). So while evidence is there I think for practical purposes she must be consigned (for now) to the back burner. Can't be Bill or Lee Adama because it would mean Lee is a half-breed and we all know Hera is the first of the "new race". Starbuck and Balthar have prophetic destinies...
A minor character we know will be made into some all powerfull being/final Cylon. Think about it, the being that has been leading Baltar as #6 and appearring in different forms. Something with power to save/resurrect Starbuck with a new Viper. In season4 where Baltar faces the soldier and is put down repeadly look at the way rises, not just his body is pulled but his clothes too as by an unseen being I think it be will someone who is neutral, someone who has saved people on both sides Dr. Cottle
My first choice would be Zak, but having just watched the episode "tigh me up tigh me down" i think there's an outside chance that its Ellen Tigh. After all, why did Baltar give Adama a bogus test result on her blood, and why is Six so delighte when Baltar says "I'll never tell"??? It also explains the hybrid talking about the one seeking forgiveness, crawling from the shadows.
I am the Final Cylon.

Ohhhhh...Cottle. That's pro.
I fer sure think it's Gaeta though.
For all we know, as my mother says, it could be the baby on Caprica that Caprica Six broke it's neck...
*Shrugs*
I don't believe it's anyone in the "The Last Supper"...so that rules out Adama, Lee, Kara, Laura, Helo...
Then again...there are two Six's....

Zak Adama. For some reason, I'd love it if it were Zak Adama. I'd love that.
