PLEASE READ THIS:
This clip is to teach and to give you beneficial ideas on body weight conditioning excersises, and for those Traceurs who practice Parkour should try them out.

Conditioning is an important part of Parkour, and helps to strengthen the body mentally and physically.

This can be easily done outside come day or night, hot or cold, rain or shine.

  • nice job

  • @Louve553 Well, I know a lot of traceuses, and they all seem to do the same workouts as traceurs, and I think mma4life4ever gave you the right instructions if you're only a beginner ;)

  • @Louve553 ( day 1-3-5 ) push ups + pull ups + sit ups + squats + jumping as high as you can .. and advance workouts : chin up + handstand push ups + leg lifts + jumping squats .. start with 5-10 reps and 3-4 sets .. work your way up 25-50 reps and 3-4 sets .. ( day 2-4-6 ) jog 5 minutes and work your way to 30 minutes .. sprint 100 yard x 2 time .. work your way x 5-8 times .. ( day 7 ) rest .. wish you the best luck :-)

  • I hate my broken collar bone.

  • What about if you're a girl interested in parkour? What kind of exercises would be most beneficial? I'm completely new to this but wanna do things properly ^^

  • @Tc2991 cool, thanks

  • @xXEpicOwnageXx a male who practices parkour is a traceur and a female who practices parkour is a traceuse
