I mention what I used as I used it in my tutorial. I made the hair piece from scrap hair extensions. I have to admit that most of the makeup I used was MAC but remember there are cheaper alternatives. One of my favorites is Flirt carried by Kohl's. Clearly it's a knock off of MAC but it's also part of the Estee Lauder family... MAC is too. So I look at the to as twin sisters one being cheap and frugal and the other a tawdry diva. Anyway here's a list of what I used...

MAC Shear loose power in NC45 (for contour)

REVLON Shimmer lights (loose shimmer powder)

MAC liquid last liner in Point Black

Rimmel Eyeful jumbo cream pencil in pink

Japanese brand lip pencil

MAC glitter (white gold)

Victoria secret beauty rush clear lip gloss

Wet -n- wild dark brown eye pencil (brows)

Cheap drugstore lashes

Shu Uemura lash glue

@loriidawn I don't normally, this was just a shade lighter for the sake of the look and the blond hair... Didn't want a huge contrast between the hair and skin. Normally I'm a NC45 ( I wear that on a daily basis.)
