Here's a demo of the Nokia Lumia 920 camera with cinemagraph. This was taken during the Windows Phone 8 event in San Francisco.

Cinemagraphs are still photographs in which a minor and repeated movement occurs. They are saved in an animated GIF format and give the illusion that the viewer is watching a video. As you can see, Cinemagraph is integrated deeply with the Nokia Lumia 920 camera.
