I count my meats first then figure out the veggies but I'm supposed to only have 3 ounces and its 90 calories from what it says on the package... this is frustrating sometimes cuz there ae so many different things and ways people are doing the diet :( I do know what the pounds and inches book says but I got my HCG from a wellness center and they gave me a plan I have to follow but I would like to do this program to a T as much as I can. I have "released" since the begining so I guess thats good.

@TheZerogreat As I recall, since it's been a while since I did this, just go to photofunia website...I had to create every pic and then I put it into the video.

and 3.5 ozs of ground beef is about 180, for example) for those 2 items, breakfast and lunch, so far about 320 cal, so I have 180 calories to play with for the rest of the day. I may have 90 calories worth of Apple (or 6 ozs) for a snack, leaving me 90 calories. Maybe 40 calories of Asparagus and 50 calories of Tomato or Tomato sauce. Just play with the numbers to plan your meals. Fish is only 100 cal for 3.5 oz, Steak 160, Chicken 140, GB 180. It was kind of fun planning 2 good meals that way..

So 1 of my questions are have you used tomato sauce and had success (because I dont like tomatoes but love spaghetti sauce) and the other is my program says 1 cup of veggies so I converted it into grams but it makes it more than 100 grams. Can you help me? Thanks! :)

@aleatabanks Sorry it's taken so long for me to answer you. I have been super busy, for once...lol. Don't worry about weighing your vegetables. Just try to plan your meals out with the foods you like on the list so that they add up to 500 calories, or very close to it. The tomato sauce is fine, just make sure there is no Sugar or Starch added to it. They are the enemy. I first plan my two Proteins and figure the calories (3.5 ozs or 100 grams of Chicken is about 140 calories,...
